These Are The Times....

The other day I was standing around with a group of people that were lamenting about 'the old days" and how they were so much better. In that moment what popped out of my mouth was "You do realize that right now you are living in "the old days" right?" Contrary to what you may believe, see, hear, and feel these are some pretty great times we are living in! Now I know that some or maybe even everyone reading this may have just rolled their eyes because the vibration of the Earth feels like it is becoming more unsettled and unfamiliar every day. If I had read this 10 months ago I would have agreed and rolled my eyes too but let us look at this from a different perspective than the one our current fear based society offers us.
We are not in dangerous times, we are in CHANGING and very CHALLENGING times. The frequency of the world is changing and the energy is shifting. The situation we are in is critical but never serious. Everything in this 3rd dimension (the frequency we live in) is temporary. I say this knowing the current political, social, and economical climate in this country seems frightening at best on most days. I also have to be honest I know very few specific details of what is going on in our country currently or even in the world(I know most things generally) but I have a strong knowledge of the history of this planet and the world to know that it's all going to work out in the end. Real liberation is happening if you could only look past what you're being shown and actually see what is happening. I'm a woman with 2 children part of the LGBTQ+ community so I understand how scary it can feel to wake up every day and feel like you are losing pieces of your freedom little by little. I also from time to time can give in to the fear mongering that happens constantly living in a world that is dominated by a 24 hour news cycle. This is why I chose to stop watching/reading/listening to the news, stopped watching television, and got off social media. It did NOTHING for my mental health or my Spirit.
How can we change the frequency of our own vibration to move from a probability vector mentality to a possibility vector mentality. There a quite a few very simple ways. My favorite way is to get out in NATURE! Barefoot if you can. Singing, dancing, walking, hugging a tree (seriously try it, it will make you smile!) anything you can do to spend time in nature do it! Gardening is also a great way to ground your energy into the energy of the Earth. Your hands directly into the soil and growing something is super powerful and raises your vibration. Plus you get beautiful flowers or fruits or delicious fruits and vegetables when you're finished, fingers crossed! Go to the beach, leave your headphones in the car and just sit and be present with a book or meditate. Meditate, meditate, meditate, this is my favorite way to catch my breath and clear out the scaries! Sometimes I add frequency music to the meditation, my favorite frequency is 432 hz. Breath work on its own is also great. A simple one is breathing in deeply to the count of 4 and exhaling (like you're blowing out candles) for another 4 seconds. Repeat this 3 times. And I have to say it and I know it is going to be the most unpopular suggestion, getting off the electronics! Turn off the tv, smartphone, computer, tablet and just sit in the beautiful silence. I prefer to do this out on my swingy chair on the patio where I can listen to the birds and feel the wind on my face. In that space I can tune in, turn on, and drop out!
What I know deep in my heart is that we are perfectly safe and powerful beyond measure, individually and collectively. What we truly desire in this world we can manifest quickly if we would only stay in our heart space and see the good in everyday life and have gratitude for what we have and not anger at what we do not have. We need to stop operating out of a contracted, limited space of fear and control and move our hearts and minds into a more fluid, expanded, spiritual state. We must relax, let go, and know that we are deeply loved, supported, and protected by the Universe. We should cry when we need to (tears are healing) and stop fighting and trying to hold back the waves of life coming towards us. Remember when you feel overwhelmed and need to ground and find your center, stop and take a long deep breath (at least 4 seconds) and then exhale as deeply as you inhaled. Move that energy out and TRUST that EVERYTHING is as it should be.
